Service Description

This includes an edited 60-90 sec video walk through from the ground and the air, 30-40 interior and exterior photos with 2-5 exterior aerial photos. With a Matterport virtual walk-through. Turnaround time for photos and Matterport is 24hrs. Video is 48-72hrs.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $100.00 or 20% for commercial and production. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
